Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath in Florham Park, NJ recently completed its annual NJ Law and Education Empowerment Project (LEEP) Summer Program, which was conducted virtually and began August 2 and concluded August 5, 2021. NJ LEEP is a multifaceted college access and success program serving students and families in the greater Newark, NJ area. NJ LEEP empowers middle and high school students with academic and social skills necessary to succeed in college and beyond. 100% of NJ LEEP’s graduates have gone on to four-year colleges and universities. The Summer Program is one of the many ways in which Faegre Drinker is proud to support NJ LEEP students, staff and families, according to a statement by the firm.

This year, six high school students spent “a week on the job,” with several firm attorneys, learning about their practices and areas of expertise. They also collaborated with attorneys to prepare and present a mock debate on a current legal topic involving COVID-19.
