Meyner and Landis partner Catherine Pastrikos Kelly was reelected to the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association’s board of directors for the 2021-22 term. The association is an aims to advance and retain women in the legal profession through education and activism, to promote qualified women to the highest levels of law firm, government, academic, community and corporate positions, and to endorse qualified female attorneys for appointments to the state and federal judiciary, according to a statement. Kelly is a member of her firm’s litigation practice group and her practice is focused on commercial litigation, business disputes, shareholder disputes and business torts.

Dev Serves as Moderator for Diversity and Inclusion CLE Sanmathi “Sanu” Dev

On June 24, Capehart Scatchard partner Sanmathi “Sanu” Dev, served as the moderator for a CLE hosted by the Diversity & Inclusion Committee of the Burlington County Bar Association: “Race and Gender Identity Issues in Criminal Justice,” which featured a discussion on how the criminal justice and prison systems treat vulnerable defendants and inmates. Dev is a co-chair of the Burlington County Bar Association’s Diversity, Inclusion and Leadership Committee.
