Samsung Electronics was hit with a consumer protection class action Wednesday in New Jersey District Court over its Galaxy Buds Pro headphones. The complaint, filed by Mazie Slater Katz & Freeman, alleges that the headphones were made out of a material that caused an allergic and inflammatory reaction in consumer’s ears. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-15639, Westerkamp v. Samsung Electronics America, Inc.
