TransUnion and other defendants were sued Tuesday in New Jersey District Court for claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The lawsuit was brought by Marcus & Zelman on behalf of John O’Brien. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:21-cv-14172, O’Brien v. Equifax Information Services, LLC et al.
