Carlson Lynch and other law firms filed a consumer class action Wednesday in New Jersey District Court against Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. The complaint alleges that Neutrogena and Aveeno sunscreen products are contaminated with toxic carcinogens. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-13972, Briglio v. Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Inc.
