Lawyers at Kaufman Dolowich Voluck on Wednesday removed a lawsuit against Remax and real estate broker David Beach to New Jersey District Court. The suit, over alleged false advertising in relation to a property listing, was filed by Zucker Steinberg & Wixted on behalf of Matthew Caswell and Barbara Diana. The case is 1:21-cv-13929, Caswell et al. v. Beach et al.
