Former Fox News personality Ed Henry, who was fired from the network over allegations of sexual misconduct, filed a libel suit against the network and CEO Suzanne Scott.
The suit, filed in a New Jersey federal court on Wednesday, says the network terminated Henry in July 2020 based on allegations that he sexually assaulted Jennifer Eckhart, who had been a producer at the network. Henry says he never assaulted Eckhart but they had a consensual relationship from 2014 to 2017.
