Dorsey & Whitney partner Bruce Ewing, head of the firm’s New York trial group, has entered an appearance for Canon Solutions America Inc. and other defendants in a pending employment lawsuit. The case was filed by McOmber McOmber & Luber on behalf of a former Canon employee who accuses the company of failing to provide reasonable accommodation for an arthritic condition. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Michael A. Shipp, is 3:21-cv-11935, Mahmoud v. Canon Solutions America Inc. et al.
