The reappointment nomination of Lee Solomon as associate justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court was unanimously approved by the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Solomon’s nomination now advances to the Senate for confirmation, likely on June 3, along with Thursday’s other nominees, including a new commissioner for the state Department of Environmental Protection.
