We’re all waiting to see how many of the changes brought on by the pandemic will stick around once we return to a more “normal” day-to-day routine. But for the legal community, it looks like there’s going to be at least one change we’ll keep seeing: electronic service of process in certain situations.
A bonus to the shift is the change in environmental impact. Even with the same number of services, we’ve seen a 15% decrease in the amount of paper used in the past year.
