Attorney Stephen Robert Jones, formerly of Pitman, New Jersey, has drawn a one-year suspension after he was convicted of cocaine possession and accused of sexually harassing a client.

The New Jersey Supreme Court retroactively suspended the attorney, now living in Florida. Its Disciplinary Review Board was split 5-4 on the proper punishment, with the majority favoring a year and the dissenters calling for a six-month suspension.
