Novartis’ soon-to-be ex-general counsel has found a new home in the U.S. at biotech giant Moderna Inc.
Shannon Thyme Klinger will join the Cambridge, Massachusetts-based company as chief legal officer June 1. She also will serve as corporate secretary and sit on Moderna’s executive committee.
