Among the innumerable areas COVID-19 has impacted: retail. And that impact has affected how foreclosures and bankruptcies are being handled. Scott Tross, co-chair of the real estate litigation and dispute resolution practice group at Herrick, Feinstein, and leader of the New York-based firm’s Newark office, anticipates more developments.
