A Philadelphia lawyer has been suspended from practice in New Jersey for two years after failing to pay a $10,000 sanction in an employment suit in federal court.

Besides the missed discovery deadlines and disregard of court orders that prompted the sanction, the respondent also committed a laundry list of other violations, including falsely claiming on his letterhead that he is licensed to practice in Washington, D.C., and practicing as a professional corporation without the required malpractice insurance, according to a Supreme Court order made public on Thursday.
