A New Jersey judge is facing removal from the bench over “demonstrable and pervasive dishonesty” when she was tried on charges stemming from a confrontation with administrators at her child’s school.
In a case that has drawn attention because of the battle for gender equity in school sports, the judge was charged with ethics violations for allegedly acting belligerently when her daughters’ school pulled the plug on its girls’ basketball team.
