A New Jersey attorney has drawn a letter of admonition from the Supreme Court’s Disciplinary Review Board for lengthy delays in transferring an inheritance to the recipient.

Christopher LaMonica, who was acting as executor of the estate of Claire Modica, took more than two years after Modica’s death to complete a transfer of PSE&G stock to an heir, Carol Grisoni, and failed to respond to Grisoni’s calls over a 16-month period, the board said in a letter made public on Monday.
