A whistleblower railroad worker who settled his Federal Railroad Safety Act claims against New Jersey Transit has been awarded over $300,000 in attorney fees by a federal judge.
U.S. District Judge Anita Brody of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania granted plaintiff Jerome Johnson’s request for fees and expenses, awarding him nearly $316,000 for attorney fees and $31,000 in expenses.
