Aaron Schlossberg, the lawyer embroiled in controversy after a video went viral showing him ranting at employees and customers for speaking Spanish, rather than English, at a Midtown Manhattan restaurant, has been publicly censured as a lawyer.
In a lengthy opinion, the Appellate Division, First Department court accepted a joint motion, made by Schlossberg and a First Department attorney grievance committee, for discipline by consent of public censure.
