The U.S. government is seeking restraints against a retired New Jersey lawyer over his sale of a product claiming to treat COVID-19.
Ralph Fucetola of Newton, along with business partner Rima Laibow, sold a product called “Dr. Rima Recommends Nano Silver 10PPM,” which they claimed is intended to cure, mitigate, treat or prevent COVID-19, according to the suit, filed in U.S. District Court in Newark.
