Amazon was hit with a suit Thursday from a warehouse worker who claims he was subjected to racial slurs from managers at the company’s facility in East Windsor.
Managers at the Amazon facility addressed Denard Norton of East Orange with an offensive epithet multiple times, and the company took no action on 30 complaints he made to an ethics hotline about the harassment, according to the suit filed in Essex County Superior Court.
