Twitter and its general counsel are facing litigation in federal court in New Jersey for failing to deter online harassment of a man accused of being a white supremacist.

Daniel D’Ambly, who heads a group called New Jersey European Heritage Association, claims in the suit that he was subject to “doxing” by Christian Exoo, a member of the protest movement known as Antifa. D’Ambly says he lost his job at the New York Daily News after Exoo, also known as Antifash Gordon, directed Twitter followers to deluge the newspaper with harassing calls.
