Jimmy Hao of Fox Rothschild in Princeton has a unique background as a molecular biologist. But his accomplishments truly distinguish him. For example, Hao recently handled IP asset evaluations in a cross-border pharmaceutical industry acquisition valued at $550 million, according to the firm, where he is a partner representing such clients as Merck and Bristol-Myers Squibb in various patent matters. Hao “has authored more than 300 patent applications, with the total growing year to year,” the firm added. Beyond his practice, Hao, a Chinese American, chaired the board of trustees of the Huaxia Chinese School, which has 22 schools and some 7,000 students in its network.
