Ailyn Abin spent many years in Celgene Corp.’s legal department, including as senior counsel, litigation, and handled matters such as the qui tam action Brown v. Celgene, seeing the case through to resolution in 2017. She also helped found Celgene’s Pride Alliance, a resource and advocacy group for LGBTQ+ employees, in 2018. That same year, she joined the U.S. Attorney’s Office in New Jersey. In addition to managing a range of criminal prosecutions, Abin has continued her advocacy, including as special emphasis program manager for LGBTQ+ issues.
