A federal judge in Newark has tossed a lawsuit claiming Jersey City revoked a $900 million real estate deal involving Jared Kushner because of his involvement in President Donald Trump’s administration.
U.S. District Judge John Michael Vazquez ruled that the plaintiff, real estate developer One Journal Square Partners Urban Renewal Co., failed to support its claim that its project was penalized because Kushner and his family were investors.
