Clark Hill brought on Mark Kossow as a partner in the banking and financial services group in Princeton. He previously was a partner in Archer & Greiner‘s employee benefit/executive compensation/ERISA and tax practices. Kossow counsels companies, shareholders, directors, banks and trustees on transactional and nontransactional issues related to employee stock ownership plans (ESOP). He earned his bachelor of business administration, with distinction, from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, Stephen M. Ross School of Business, his J.D. from Albany Law School, cum laude, and also earned an LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law. Kossow said in a statement that Clark Hill’s banking and financial services group “provides the depth of practice needed to take the next step in my expanding ESOP practice.”
Family Law Attorney Webb Joins Hill Wallack as Partner
Albertina WebbHill Wallack added Albertina “Abby” Webb as a partner in the firm’s new Red Bank office. Webb joined the family law department and handles divorce, custody, preparation and enforcement of prenuptial agreements, pre- and post-judgment issues, and domestic violence matters, all from inception through resolution, by mediation, arbitration or trial. Webb is a graduate of New York Law School and John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She is vice president of the Southern Region for the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey, a member of the family law committee for the New Jersey Association for Justice and serves on the New Jersey Statewide Domestic Violence Working Group Committee. “I’m delighted to bring my family law practice to Hill Wallack LLP, where I can focus on family law and general litigation practice,” Webb said in a statement.
