Saiber in Florham Park announced that Greg Dennison has been elevated to a partner. Dennison concentrates his practice in insurance coverage law, and litigation involving claims in New Jersey and New York. He regularly counsels insurance clients on general and excess liability, pollution liability, professional liability, errors and omissions, employers liability, directors and officers liability and commercial auto insurance products. He received his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 1997 and his B.A. from Lafayette College, with honors, in 1993.

Lerner David Moves Headquarters to Cranford NEW HEADQUARTERS: Lerner David’s new headquarters at 20 Commerce Drive in Cranford.

Intellectual Property boutique Lerner, David, Littenberg, Krumholz & Mentlik executed a lease to relocate its headquarters to 20 Commerce Drive in Cranford, according to a release. Lerner David moved from Westfield, where the firm had been based for nearly its entire 50-year history.  The new building is a Class A building with direct access to the Garden State Parkway. Lerner David was represented by David Simson and Dan Reider of Newmark Knight Frank’s Rutherford office, and Michael Jones of Cole Schotz. The new lease encompasses 34,373 square feet for a term in excess of 10 years. Landlord Signature Acquisitions had external representation from Joseph Sarno of CBRE and internal representation from Eric Zabarkus. Keith Gilman, co-managing partner of Lerner David, said in a statement, “As we strive to retain current talent and attract future attorneys to grow and strengthen each of our practice areas, we are pleased to deliver the kind of workplace talent of that caliber seeks.
