previously was first assistant prosecutor and acting prosecutor for the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, where she spent 19 years. At Helmer Conley, Ruberton will concentrate in criminal law and work in the firm’s Vineland office, the firm said.

Joel H. Aronow joined from a civil litigation law firm. He previously served in the Camden County Prosecutor Office’s Special Prosecution Unit. At Helmer Conley, he will focus on litigation and criminal matters in the firm’s Trenton office, the firm said.
Flaster Greenberg Opens in Florida

Flaster Greenberg earlier this year announced
the opening of a satellite office in Boca Raton, Florida, to be headed by David S. Neufeld, a a partner in the corporate, tax, and trusts and estates group. “For many reasons, exacerbated by the recent changes in the tax laws, there has been a consistent migration of high net worth individuals to Florida from New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York, both seasonal and permanent, and we have as a result developed a large client base in Palm Beach County, Naples and Orlando over the years,” Neufeld, who will reside part-time in the Boca office, said in a statement. “Our existing clients include those with substantial estates, burgeoning entrepreneurial ventures, successful businesses contemplating sale or succession, and individuals with multiple residences.” Neufeld has been practicing for 34 years in tax law and estate planning, and has built a sizeable client base in the Northeast and Florida, the firm said. He joined Flaster Greenberg in June 2018.
