Locke Lord has named Paulette Brown, former American Bar Association president, senior partner and first-ever chief diversity and Inclusion officer at the firm.
In her new role, Brown will develop a strategic plan for diversity and inclusion for the firm and then implement it. Her focus will be on recruiting, retention and creating benchmarks for women, minority and LGBTQ lawyers, she said.
