As a 22-year veteran of the company, Anne Madden has made an impact at Honeywell for several years, culminating in 2017 with her appointment to general counsel. She replaced Katherine Adams, who moved to Apple Inc. It’s a return to the law department for Madden, who previously had been vice president of corporate development and global head of mergers and acquisitions (handling about 100 acquisitions representing $15 billion in sales, sibling publication Corporate Counsel reported last year). As GC, the work is just beginning for Madden, she says, as now she’ll take on many important tasks, including driving diversity and inclusion at the company and beyond.
