Steve Lee, the director of the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, is resigning to take a job with the nation's largest telecommunications conglomerate.
Lee, whose resignation becomes effective Sept. 5, will become a deputy general counsel at Comcast, according to a statement released Tuesday by the state Attorney General's Office.
Comcast, based in Philadelphia, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
