Practice Profile: Nola B. Heller advises global financial institutions, multinational companies, boards, committees, and directors and officers in criminal and regulatory investigations by the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Department of the Treasury, FINRA and State Attorneys General, among others. In addition to her significant regulatory expertise, Nola is a leading litigator with extensive trial experience who defends clients in complex civil and criminal matters from trial through appeal.

Leadership, Pro Bono and Civic Work: Nola chairs Cahill’s Workplace Environment committee and is a member of the firm’s Legal Recruiting and Development Committees, working to mentor and train associates on litigation strategy and professional development. Nola is also a member of Federal Bar Council’s Federal Criminal Practice Committee and serves on the Board of The Yale Law Journal.
