Two lawyers with investment-focused practices have left counsel positions with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison to become partners at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson and Mayer Brown in New York.
Colin Kelly joined Fried Frank as a partner in its tax department, while Paul Weiss fund formation counsel Aubry Smith has joined Mayer Brown as a partner in its corporate and securities practice.
