The U.S. Department of Justice has said it will appeal the summary judgment by U.S. District Judge Naomi Buchwald of the Southern District of New York in favor of a group of plaintiffs that sued over being blocked from the president’s Twitter account.
The notice of appeal was filed with the court Monday.
