Keane & Beane has named  Judson Siebert as managing member of the firm. He succeeds David Glasser, who has led Keane & Beane since 2000, and Edward Beane, a founding member of the firm. Mr. Glasser will remain in charge of Keane & Beane’s transactional real estate and business groups, and continue his practice in trusts and estates.

Vinson & Elkins has promoted  Lawrence Elbaum to partner in the firm’s complex commercial litigation practice. The promotion will be effective as of  Jan. 1, 2018.

Jennifer Hurley McGay has joined Lewis Johs Avallone Aviles,  as a partner in the firm’s commercial litigation practice group.  Prior to joining the firm, she was a partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. In addition, James P.Connor has joined Lewis Johs  as a partner in the firm’s general liability practice group.  He was formerly a partner at Catalano, Gallardo & Petropoulos.

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison has announced that four new partners have been elected to the partnership in New York, effective Jan. 1, 2018. They are Yahonnes Cleary in the litigation department, Brian S. Grieve and Lindsay B. Parks in the tax department, and Kyle J. Kimpler in the bankruptcy department.

Caryn R. Young has joined Day Pitney as a partner in the firm’s trusts and estates practice. She joins Day Pitney from Windels, Marx, Lane & Mittendorf.

Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler has announced that, effective Jan. 1, 2018, Megan E. Bell will become a partner in the firm’s tax-exempt organizations department. In addition,  Kerri L. Alessi, Alejandro H. Cruz, Jordan M. Engelhardt, Joshua Kipnees, Douglas L. Tang, Jason Vitullo and Timothy A. Waters will become counsel at the firm.

Cassin & Cassin has hired Rand Peppas as a partner. She joins from DLA Piper.

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has elected two new partners in its New York office: Jeffrey Bank in the firm’s antitrust practice, and Aaron Prince in its energy and infrastructure finance department. The promotions will become effective Feb. 1, 2018.

Romer Debbas  has announced that its first associate and longest tenured employee Michael R. Feldman has been named a partner in the firm’s real estate department.

Wigdor has announced that Michael J. Willemin has been promoted to partner. In addition, the firm has promoted Bryan L. Arbeit and Elizabeth J. Chen to senior associate.

Phillips Nizer has added several new partners: real estate advisor Lisa R. Radetsky joins the firm’s real estate practice from Rosenberg & Estis. Matrimonial & family law attorney Richard J. Adago and real estate partner Thomas L. Fuerth have also joined the firm. Mr. Adago, who previously worked as an associate at Phillips Nizer, re-joins the firm from Hartmann Doherty Rosa Berman & Bulbulia. Mr. Fuerth joins from Wormser, Kiely, Galef & Jacobs, where he was also a partner. The firm has also hired  Jennifer Chung as a senior associate. She was previously at Thompson Hine.

Bernard A. Mantel has joined Fox Rothschild as an associate in the firm’s entertainment law department. He was previously associate counsel to United Talent Agency.
