The Asian-American Bar Association of New York (AABANY) honored Randall Eng, third from left, Presiding Justice of the Appellate Division, Second Department, with the 2017 Norman Lau Kee Trailblazer Award at the association’s eighth annual fall conference at the Fordham University School of Law on Saturday.
