• White and Williams has added Howard Jiang as a partner in the firm’s China business, international transactions and disputes, and corporate and securities practice groups. He joins from Seyfarth Shaw, where he was a partner in its corporate department.
• Bridgewater Associates Hedge Fund has promoted Nina McIntyre to chief governance officer. She was hired three years ago from Sullivan and Cromwell. Bridgewater also promoted Tracey Lynn Brady to chief legal officer. Prior to joining five years ago, she worked at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and Dewey Ballantine.
