In response to a lawsuit, the Office of Court Administration is no longer providing in criminal history reports it sells to the public information about criminal cases where the disposition involves a maximum sentence of 15 days in jail or less. Bar leaders praised OCA for the new policy, but some felt the OCA should not have capitulated in the suit.
