MANHATTAN Supreme Court Justice Donna M. Mills was arrested and charged with drunk driving last week after she drove her Rolls Royce into two parked cars, according to a criminal complaint filed in the Bronx.
Steven Reed, a spokesman for the Bronx District Attorney’s office, said Justice Mills, 49, was in custody over night after being arrested around midnight last Monday in a Bronx parking lot opposite the Jesse James Tavern at 5723 Broadway.
