LITIGATION OVER an attempt by Miami’s Ryder System Inc. to sell part of its business to Decatur, Ga.-based Allied Holdings Inc., and West Seneca, N.Y.-based Gateway Development and Manufacturing Inc., should continue, a state appeals court has held.

The Appellate Division, Fourth Department, also held that Allied Holdings was not entitled to a summary judgment absolving it of liability for tortious interference with a contract between Ryder and Gateway.
