At 36, Lisa Golden is steering a career that is moving at top speed. So fast, in fact, that her current work representing telecommunications companies as creditors in some of the largest bankruptcies in history is outpacing case law and could have the courts playing catch up.
A partner with Jaspan Schlesinger Hoffman, Ms. Golden represents SBC, formerly Southwestern Bell, and its affiliate baby bells. Her clients head the list as some of the biggest creditors in the Global Crossing, Enron Corp. and Adelphia Business Solutions bankruptcy cases, all filed in the Southern District of New York.
