FAMILY COURT practitioners reviewing former Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani’s 22 appointees to that tension-laden court found much to praise.
By and large, lawyers described his appointees as valuable additions to the bench. They had different takes, depending upon their type of practice, as to which judges would be the best to appear before. But for the most part, they described Mr. Giuliani’s appointees as intelligent, hard working and committed.
