THE OFFICE of Court Administration is planning a new assignment for Brooklyn Justice Edward M. Rappaport as part of the ongoing shakeup of the Supreme Court in Kings County, according to sources.
Justice Rappaport, who was vacationing last week in Mexico, could not be reached for comment. OCA spokesman David Bookstaver refused to comment on the matter.
