Simpson Thacher, Lowenstein Aid Pharmacy Acquisition
In a deal valued at about $515 million, St. Louis-based Express Scripts Inc., the third-largest pharmacy benefits management firm in the U.S., announced last week that it has agreed to acquire National Prescription Administrators Inc., an independent prescription benefit management company headquartered in East Hanover, N.J.
