MINEOLA – Because Nassau County did not file timely objections to a proposed 190-room hotel and parking garage at Mitchell Field, the county is deemed to have consented to the project, a judge has ruled.

State Supreme Court Justice John P. Dunne ruled that the county received proper notice but failed to challenge the proposed Residence Inn and a 450-vehicle multi-tiered parking garage on James Doolittle Boulevard adjacent to the Marriott Hotel.
