MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER The plaintiff, a New Jersey resident, brings this action against the defendants¹ — one a citizen of Grenada and the other a citizen of New York — for injuries he suffered when he slipped and fell on the campus of St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada.
