ORDER   Before the Court is a motion by defendant Trans-India Products, Inc. (“Defendant”) to transfer venue (“Motion to Transfer Venue”). For the following reasons, the Court DENIES Defendant’s Motion to Transfer Venue. I. BACKGROUND Plaintiff Yolanda Turner (“Plaintiff”) commenced this action on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated, alleging deceptive and misleading business practices by Defendant with respect to its Shikai products line. (Compl., ECF No. 1 at 1.) Specifically, Plaintiff alleges that Defendant “manufactures, sells, and distributes [its products] using a marketing and advertising campaign centered around claims that…its [p]roducts are ‘Natural’” but that the advertising is false, deceptive, and misleading because the products contain synthetic ingredients. (Id. at 2.) Plaintiff alleges that Defendant’s business practices violate New York General Business Law Sections 349 and 350, the consumer protection statutes of forty-one states and the District of Columbia, the warranty statutes of forty-nine states and the District of Columbia, and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. (Id. at

49-112.) Plaintiff also alleges unjust enrichment. (Id. at
