The amended supreme court order, inter alia, directed the payment of counsel fees, disbursements and a Medicaid claim.The decedent sustained injuries allegedly as the result of custodial negligence and and died intestate on February 13, 2014. Her sole disributee is her son. The Public Administrator appeared and filed a written consent to the issuance of letters of administration limited to receiving process in a foreclosure action, without the duty to defend the same, and to receive surplus monies, if any.
