Surrogate AndersonESTATE OF JEAN SAHAK JAMKOCHIAN, Deceased (05/2370/D/E) — At the call of the calendar, this unopposed application by a co-trustee of a trust created under decedent’s will for permission to resign and for the appointment of two successor co-trustees was granted in part and denied in part. Letters of trusteeship previously issued to Katherine Dwyer are hereby revoked, and letters of successor trusteeship shall issue to John Hovaness Jamgotchian and Denise Shepherd, who shall serve as co-trustees upon their duly qualifying according to law. Petitioner Katherine Dwyer’s request that she be relieved from her obligation to account is denied.Submit decree.Dated: June 14, 2018

ESTATE OF LAURA BURDICK-SHERMAN, Deceased (15/4395/A/B) — The compromise of causes of action for decedent’s wrongful death and conscious pain and suffering was approved, and the attorney’s fees and disbursements were fixed and determined, by order of the Supreme Court, New York County. The restrictions contained in the letters issued to the administrator are removed, and he is authorized to collect the settlement and execute the necessary receipts and releases.The remaining settlement proceeds are allocated entirely to the cause of action for conscious pain and suffering and shall be distributed to decedent’s husband and daughter as set forth in the decree.The account is settled, and the decree is signed.Dated: June 14, 2018
