Barry Kamins (center), New York City’s Administrative Judge of the Criminal Court, received the Vincent E. Doyle Jr. Award for Outstanding Judicial Contributions in the Criminal Justice System. The award was presented Thursday by the criminal justice section of the New York State Bar Association during its annual meeting at the New York Hilton Midtown in Manhattan.
