Earlier this year, as part of NYLJ’s Professional Excellence Awards recognition event, we reached out to law firms across the state to tell us what makes their litigation departments the best. We sought submissions for the top department in general litigation, as well as top specialty litigation practice groups. We asked to hear about firms’ big victories and important cases that demonstrate why clients choose them when litigation is on the table—and we were not disappointed.
